Do I need a prescription?
No. You do not require any prescription or any embarrassing and expensive doctors visits, however if you are taking medication, or have any health concerns you must check with your doctor first.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide from New Zealand. Because our products are health supplements, containing no prescription chemicals, we are able to ship these anywhere. How long will it take to get my order?
When you checkout, you can select the type of shipping method you prefer. Registered mail take 5 – 14 days (with tracking), while courier takes 3 – 7 days (with tracking).
NZ customers will receive their order in 1 or 2 days. Usually your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.
Are orders shipped discreetly?

You must notify us (by e-mail) strictly within 3 days of receiving your order if there is any product damage inside the packaging. We will advise you what to do to get the goods back to us. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible, once we have received the goods back from you.
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, We will refund your transaction in full.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return.
Orders refused at delivery will not be refunded.
