Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide from New Zealand. Because our products are health supplements, containing no prescription chemicals, we are able to ship these anywhere. We are very experienced and shipping and do all we can to get you your order as soon as possible.

*There are certain countries we do not ship to. They are, and not limited to: Austria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Morocco, Norway, Russia, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam.

 

How long will it take to get my order?
When you checkout, you can select the type of shipping method you prefer.  Registered mail take 5 – 10 working days (with tracking), while courier takes 3 – 7 working days (with tracking).

 

Are orders shipped discreetly?
Yes it is! All orders is sent in an unmarked plain packaging with no indication whatsoever of it’s contents. All products are labelled as health supplements.

 

How do I pay?
You may pay via credit card, or bank transfer. When you checkout you will be given our various payment methods.

 

What name will show up on my credit card statement?
We have various banks where we process credit cards. You will receive an email with this information once your card has been billed. (The billing descriptor won’t mention the name of these pills, or anything untoward.)

You must notify us (by e-mail)  strictly within 3 days of receiving your order if there is any product damage inside the packaging. We will advise you what to do to get the goods back to us. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible, once we have received the goods back from you.

 

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, We will refund your transaction in full.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return.
Orders refused at delivery will not be refunded.
